As you may know, since the possible threat for the spread of the new coronavirus is increasing, the government is scheduled to issue an emergency declaration today, and subsequently, the prefectural governors is scheduled to take measures for emergency and ask for self-restraint.
In response to the above announcement, we are planning to take the following measures for the operation of Expert Office.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to you, but in response to this emergency and self-restraint regulations that may be put into place, we will be implementing the following measures. We are thankful, in advance, for your understanding,
[Expert Office and Reception Staff Operation]
(1) You will be able to enter and use the Expert Office facilities, including your Individual Space and common areas. Depending on each Building in which the Expert Office Facility is located, the access for the Building will be as it is on weekends and holidays.
(2) Each of the two Reception Staff will be coming to the Expert Office Facility, one day a week, so there will be one staff at the facility 2 days a week. We expect the staff to be at the facility on Mondays and Thursdays. The Reception hours will be from 10:00 to 16:00.
The Reception staff will be mainly working to sort and transfer mails that reach the facility.
Cleaning work in the Expert Office will be performed as usual.
(3) As for the Expert office Co., Ltd. head office, one of the employees will be at the office, on a shift basis, from 10:00 to 16:00 on weekdays, and will continue to operate as usual except for some duties that do not require a timely execution.

* This operation measure is based on the current information we have of what the Emergency Declaration may be, and the possible emergency measures and requests for self-restraint from the prefectural governor.
At this time, the above measure is scheduled to be in place through May 6, 2020, starting April 8, 2020.
If changes are made on the contents or schedule of the Emergency Declaration, etc., we may change our measures for the operation of Expert Office and will be notifying you accordingly.
